FAQ – Publication

A Student should be approved for research topics and pass proposal examination to publish the research. If the proposal is not approved or needs to be edited, the publication might not be in accordance with the proposal and cannot be used toward the graduation according to university’s requirements.

A Students enrolled prior to academic year 2017 

  1. Mae Fah Luang University Notification on Publication of Graduate-Level Research Studies, B.E. 2556 (Revised edition)
  2. Mae Fah Luang University Notification on Publication of Graduate-Level Research Studies (Third edition, revised), B.E. 2558 (In case of changing study level)
  3. Mae Fah Luang University Notification on Publication of Graduate-Level Research Studies (Fourth edition), B.E. 2560                                          

Students enrolled from academic year 2017 onwards Mae Fah Luang University Notification on Publication of Graduate-Level Research Studies, B.E. 2560

A Dispensable, but the paper should be a part of Dissertation / Thesis / Independent Study
A Yes. 
Students enrolled prior to academic year 2017 must be the first author of paper.
Students enrolled from academic year 2017 onwards must be the first author of paper and advisors must be Co-authors or corresponding authors. The paper must specify the affiliation and address to be of Mae Fah Luang University 
A Yes, In case a student uses a letter of publication acceptance from editor; it must provide volume and issue that the article publishes.
A Yes, but full article must be published.
A :  1. Student prepare article for submission; http:// postgrads.mfu.ac.th/index.php/en/ > ACADEMIC > Publication > Criteria Published > Download article template and  Download evaluation form  
        2. Student send article and evaluation form to committee for his/her school 
       3. Student edited article according to committee’s suggestions
       4. Student login Grad MIS and fill information and attach full article on Publish menu
      5. Student print out DGC14 and send with full article, evaluation form at Office of the Postgraduate Studies
     Student sends DGC14 and documents;
